It appears that the very first operational and publicly available SAE CCS / Combo DC Fast Charger has gone online today in Munich. Actually, TWO of them!

As far as I know these two co-located DCFC stations are the first on the planet.
 
Update: I found two more SAE CCS sites, in the USA, that may have preceded this site, but it's unclear whether either one actually operational.

Obviously right now only a Chevy Spark would realistically be able to test them out, as first one was just delivered about two weeks ago:

Perhaps BMW will truck one of their Woodcliff Lake i3 units out west to test those stations out!

Chris: BMW has a couple CCS units at Woodcliff Lake, they've been operational for over a year now. I have even used one to charge a retrofitted ActiveE that they were testing. Here's a picture of an i3 parked next to one of them:
