Hello everyone.
I have a problem with my BMW i3 connected drive. It is almost a month that my car cannot connect to BMW servers to update its status. therefore my app and connected drive portal website both show the last update for a month ago. I have called BMW Japan (By the way, I am in Japan) and they just told me that it is a problem with bmw japan. they said that I am not the only one with this problem and they are working on it to find the reason and solve it. Though, I could not find anything about it in any Japanese website. Any suggestions on what I should do?
