    Good deal on 2017 REX?

Hey gang! My 2014 i3 REX lease is ending this week and the recall is nearing the end, and after searching around there's no other electric vehicle that really matches what I want. I got this deal quote from southern California BMW dealer and wanted to get your thoughts on if it was a good price...

    Replacement / weatherproof portable charger?

Sadly yes - they said I would have to pay for it regardless when I turned the lease in. GOOD update though: After calling corporate HQ, making a big deal out of it, and letting them know I'm on a TV show shown driving it - hey, it helps - they agreed to one time replace it for me. Woo hoo!

    Replacement / weatherproof portable charger?

Definitely not something they covered when I bought it. :/ Altho every salesperson I interacted with knew less about the i3 then me (largely thanks to this forum!!).

    Replacement / weatherproof portable charger?

Didn't realize it was portable = everything on their site looked like a mounted box. I'll give them a call. ... after calling BMW north america to yell at them for false advertising. :) Thanks all!!

    Replacement / weatherproof portable charger?

I plan on doing so. $650 is crazy high to replace a small plastic unit - especially since before it would "work fine outside and in rain". Thanks for the suggestion :)

    Replacement / weatherproof portable charger?

Thanks L33t! However I use a portable 110v (normal socket plug in) charger as I don't have access to 220v, and I rent so I can't install a charging station. Hence I need a small portable charger I can use outside. Any ideas? :) Thanks! D

    Replacement / weatherproof portable charger?

I live in LA and surprise - it rained yesterday! Unfortunately my i3 parks outside and it fried my portable charger (110v) that I wrongly thought was weatherproof. Well, it's not, and bmw wants to charge me $650 (!!!!!!!) for a replacement one. Obviously this is ludicrous especially since I...

    Good-ish deal on a 2014 REX lease?

I don't have the breakdown of MF - assuming it's standard. MSRP $53,500, selling price $44,810, monthly $399.99. After 6 weeks of searching I'm pretty happy. There's not many 2014's left in socal with anything other then base options.

    Good-ish deal on a 2014 REX lease?

Thanks everyone for sharing in the forum... really helpful to read and learn! After about a month of searching and back and forth with dealers in the LA area, I think I found a good deal, but would love a sanity check. 2014 REX MSRP $53,500 Tech/Nav HK Sound DC charge/heated seats 20" wheels...

"Best" Lease deal in Los Angeles Area

Great info! Sounds like Rusnak / Roger is the person to speak to! I have a Chevy Volt lease ending in October but have started to look at the I3 as a replacement given the amazing lease deals going on! @GoochBHBMW - You mentioned a credit of 1,000 for someone getting out of an electric car...
