SFBMWCODING.com is the place to go

Adrian has been doing this for years

He coded my 2015 i3 Rex to Hold state of charge at 24% or less
Enabled AM radio and gast tank back to 2.4 gallons. Took 20 mins

Check out his web site He is the go to guy in the Bay Area

I didn't know you could choose a value other than 75%.

I know i3's outside the US are pre-set to 75% and that DVDinMotion (and similar) can change US to that setting, but can the car also be coded to other values? Any value or is there some 'list' of available values?

Thx.

Codemycar did my i3 coding remotely via internet. My car has a "hold charge state". It maintains the state whenever I engage it, as long as it is less than 70%.

And as an aside, the AM radio works fine.

Do me a favor, next time you're in your car and the Giants are on 680, tell us if t sounds ok while accelerating.

I have my BEV coded for AM. KNBR and KCBS are both okay. KCBS is even HD. You can hear it change between AM and AM HD based on location.

Only time I hear whine is when Giant's pitchers are throwing batting practive during the game. I whine pretty loudly. ;>
