My last electric vehicle had a courtesy horn on the end of the blinker handle. Very handy for when you are driving through parking lots, etc. and you don't want to surprise pedestrians. Missed having one on my i3 so bought an Avantek Wireless Doorbell that runs on 3 Tripple A batteries (inc.) for approx $20 including tax and mounted it on the upper wall of the storage box in the front trunk. The activation button fits nicely on the upper left dash. Works great!
