I3S REX staggered tire set up fitment and clearance issues: 195/50/20, 215/45/20, 245/45/20

So I'm waiting for PriorityTire to get the Memo TopRun AS sport tires back in stock 195/55/20. I plan to run all four on my I3S REX. I know many people have gone to the larger 215 and 245 series tires and was wondering if there were any fitment issues on the I3S REX.

The stock rears are 195/50/20 are 7.7 inches wide (I3s REX) and 27.7 inches tall
The 215/45/20 are 8.5 inches wide
The 245/45/20 are 9.6 inches wide and 28.7 inches tall

Do the 9.6 inch wide tires and 28.7 tall tires fit in the wheel well without spacers? turning left and right
