London Congestion Charge and the i3

The i3 has no congestion charge BUT you have to pre-register with TFL and pay a £10 fee

If you just drive in to London without registering the car you will have to pay. And have arguments with wives etc...

What pointless bureaucracy!

The cars are registered as zero emission vehicles - so why can't they just programme their bloody system to ignore the reg.no.s?
