I moved from my detached home in the pic to a condo I purchased in a rural town that couldn't spell EV. Absolutely no common elements charging or external power infrastructure provided at the condo, and the town installed charging stations were never commissioned. I found myself running on REX constantly which wasn't practical or operational especially during the winter months. The pic is my "better days" reminder.
