We drive sitting atop high-voltage lithium-ion batteries. What could go wrong? (I know, I know. Just get yourself and the baby out, and let it burn.)

Part 52100441113 appears to be the whole kit.

Anyone know of a vendor who ships 52100441113 to USA?

Fire extinguisher is mandatory in many EU countries, shouldn't be a problem to get one there.

On the other hand this is just a waste of space and weight. To effectively put out car fire you need fire extinguisher 10 times that size. And that's when it's ICE car. When lithium battery starts burning, your best course of action is stay away. Far away.

It looks as if the kit weighs under 5 pounds — I could stand to lose five pounds.

Also appears that U.S.-based parts vendors can't order it, so would have to order from an EU-based distributor and import it.

Or … anyone travel often between Europe and the D.C.-metro area? I'd pay for the parts — and lunch.
