Programmable buttons - what do yours do?

I thought it might be nice to see what people have programmed on their 1-8 buttons so I'll get the back rolling.

1-4 radio stations
5 - unassigned
6 - shortcut to traction control sub menu
7 - toggle navigation on/off
8 - home navigation

1 - Work. (Navigation destination)
2 - Station
3 - Tesco
4 - spare
5 - grandchildren location
6 - Mrs G mobile number
7 - Home
8 - Home phone

So most used easiest to reach?

If you have voice control then sometimes other things are easier.

I have to say the demo model hands free was much clearer than the 5 series. Not sure if it's the microphone location or the cabin acoustics or lack of diesel and tyre noise maybe?
