Retrofitting Adaptive Cruise Control?

Having seen the youtube vids and some of the comments on here, and endured a gridlock in London, I wish I'd ordered Adaptive Cruise Control. Does anyone know if it can be retrofitted?

I doubt it, and if so, it's likely a very expensive retrofit.

You'd definitely need the KAFAS camera for ACC. It alone is ~$750 USD.

If you don't have it, I wouldn't bother trying. If you do have it, it might be possible to code it in.
