Once a month, my wife or make the commute to our 2nd home that is 500 miles south.
We used to use one of our ICE vehicles but my wife now insists on using the I3.
Our 1st trip was 25% Bev and 75% Rex.
However, 2 new SAE fast chargers have appeared along our usual route in VA and the journey should now easily be 50/50 Bev/Rex.
Interestingly, 1 was installed by a town Visitors Bureau and the other by a restaurant. Both are surely reckoning that during a 20 min charge, EV owners will spend locally around the charger location.
