An excellent deal but I still have the best numbers I've seen, just beating yours by a few dollars. I'm paying a little bit more but on a better-specced i3. I could probably do a bit better since the purchase price on mine is $7,000 under the $55k tag but I think it's too late in the game to negotiate it before I pick it up. I am confident that they gave me the best deal they could to move it.

Hmm, not sure how that would be possible since I got $9350 off MSRP (17.4%) but I'm certainly looking forward to seeing your numbers :)

Are you not in California? Additional rebates could definitely explain it.

Best deal I've seen yet on the i3. Congrats.

Wow, my monthly payment would've been $129/month (with $0 down) on the dot on my $54,895 i3 REX if I had better credit history and utilized 7 MSDs. Since my credit was inadequate, I settled on doing a single-pay lease which I did get accepted for and am paying a single payment of $4,600 all fees inclusive to own my dream car for two and a half years. Can't really beat that. Literally, I think it might be one of the best lease dealers anyone has gotten on any car ever, and it just happened to be on a car I am overly enthusiastic about.

Grateful for the opportunity to own this car. Thanks, BMW and EV rebates!

That's a very good deal, but you're thousands of dollars away from being "one of the best ... ever".

I don't know how could you get this price. I was trying to find a good lease deal back in March, no dealer would come even close to such a discount. Where did you buy the car?

The Chevy Spark deal is insane, but if all the rebates are considered in the Leasehackr score my score is higher than most of those :D.

The deals in May and June are much better than they were in March. Call around!

It was a combination of things. The lease rates are incredible right now as BMW is trying to get rid of 2015s (64% residual for a 30mo/10k). It was also just good timing on being able to negotiate a selling price over 17% off MSRP.

Got mine at South Bay BMW in Torrance. Let me know if you need sales contact info and I can send you a PM.

Oh, I'm on the East Coast. The 2015 pickings are slim and I don't see dealers advertising any serious discounts.

Also on the East Coast here, and I've found plenty of excellent lease deals. The dealers won't advertise the rock bottom pricing that is possible but if you look around you should be able to get an i3 very cheaply.

I'll try calling around. Back in April none of the dealers I spoke to would even discuss a lease based on the 15% off MSRP price. I had a 7 week long work emergency with no time for car shopping. Now my urge to get an i3 has somewhat cooled off. I don't really need a new car, I could justify it to myself if I could get a really good deal.

If you can find a use for the i3, I'm sure you can get that 15% off MSRP discount and get the deal of a lifetime on the i3 as well.

I got about 16.7% off the MSRP on a REX last month. If you count the $2k build out and the $7.5k that comes with the lease we are talking 35%. It seems though the deals dried up as someone I knew wanted the same deal but they said no or a non-REX only.

Funny as I originally wanted a 2015 BEV, but they wouldn't budge and the 2015 REx was significantly less money to lease than the BEV.

Good for a 2016. You could do much better on a 2015 but it might take months for the 2016 to be cleared out as aggressively.

I think it is an excellent deal for 2016- 11.2% off. I'm currently talking to a dealer in PA, and so far he is only willing to give me less than 11% off for a 2015. Was your discount offered entirely by the dealer or you had additional discounts form BMW, like fleet or car club included in the price?
The dealer quoted me MF of 0.00138. Is this right?

Only non-dealer discount included in my selling price is the $1,000 Buildout/Option Allowance for 2016 models. From the fine print on BMWUSA.com, you should be getting a $2,000 Buildout Allowance on a 2015 model. (See http://www.bmwusa.com/bmw/special-offers/lease/2015-BMW-i3)

I'm planning to use BMW's maximum of seven security deposits, which total $1,750 in this case, to get the MF down to 0.00082. (See http://leasehackr.com/blog/2015/11/...i3-for-about-100month-0-down-yes-really?rq=i3)
