Question to those have winter tire set....does your tire set include the wheel center cap (i.e. the BMW logo with blue ring)?

I ordered winter tires last Oct and the dealer installed the them for me and put the summer tires was put into tire bags. I took out the summer tires today for switching back. I found the wheels don't have center cap. Is this standard BMW practice? This is my first BMW. None of the winter tires that I had in the past need to switch the center cap. This is very odd.

My winter tire set did have the center caps, but it might be a difference between USA and Canada. In the set I had, all four were mounted for the left-hand side of the car and two had to be switched around on the rims. THey do pop out fairly easily, so you could swap them to the other wheels, but I'd check.
