Someone always says this, and it's not true. Plenty of modern US cars offer it as an easily accessible setting.
JohnnyCakes: It bothered the heck out of me too. I have bimmercode, was not able to find a solution and gave up.
I don't know what this octopus thing is. But if you want the car to not get to 100%... let's say you normally leave at 8AM. Set the "low cost charging" to start at say, 5AM. Then set your departure time for 9AM. The car will start to charge before 5 if needed to meet the target, then you always...
Well you were correct. Just validated that firsthand on my 2017 REX. I cannot comment much on the ride quality difference as I had 85k mile OEM units replaced, so of course these feel better. Car rides great, is well controlled through some of my favorite corners, and will feel better...

Does running in roller mode help at...
Wish I could take it out when autocrossing, but other than that, love my REX too! People ask me about public charging stations in our area and I'm like, dunno, never used one. :D
Thanks for validating what I expected the theoretical drag race would look like! But on this part, why a "vast" difference in driveability? You just have to put your foot at a different angle to get the same response. Drive around in any mode for a week and you'll probably get used to it, no...
