How do I set car to lock cable at the car end while charging using a public charger when using own cable? At the moment anybody can just pull out the cable while it is on charge and then it auto disconnects from the public charger so cable could be also be stolen easily. Is 2020 i3

The front windscreen washer jets are very weak and feeble compared to any other car I have used. Is this normal for an i3? Doesn’t squirt very high either.

So there is no advantage in using the 60/120/300kw chargers? What is the technical reason it can’t charge at a higher rate than 50kw? To prevent the battery from being cooked? Is there a certain percentage where the car slows down the charge rate? Thought it was supposed to be 80 per cent...

Any idea what the maximum charge rate is for a 2020 i3? Some rapid chargers are available upto 300kw apparently.

When using a rapid charger I seem to be getting around 25kw in 1hr. Is this usual? Seems a bit slow. From say 20 per cent to 80 per cent is around an hr. I have just been monitoring it by noting the time and kw on the display of the rapid charger.

Hard to believe the car cannot display this or has this feature? Surely it’s just a mathematical calculation to display this? Some makes of cars must do this as I notice on charging location apps some people mention the charging rates they are getting when they check in to a particular...
