I had the same issue when I first bought my 2014 i3 BEV. One of the air vents was blowing directly to the temp sensor causing the air compressor to turn off. I'm not sure where the sensors are located but try re-directing the air vents. Joe

I'm curious to see if a solar panel array can be installed on the roof. The array can charge the batteries and reflect the IR radiation.

The climatize option of my Connected app on my 2014 i3 stop working about 10 days ago. Living in Houston Texas it's a bad time for this option to break. I still get feedback for location and charging.

I wouldn't care about efficiency if the tires have, longer life, less expensive, and possibly safer. Someone mentioned using size: 215 50r18 which widely available. My question is will standard rims work?
