How much does headroom change with the moonroof option? Trying to figure out which would have more headroom - moonroof or no moonroof. I don't have a dealer nearby with stock to check myself.

My understanding is that production won't begin until January 2020 but some places seem to be taking orders already.

Where are you located? (in California, seems like the dealers are still trying to get rid of all the leftover REX models and not taking new orders yet). Do you have any information on pricing / options on the 2020 and how it compared to the 2019 model?
