    Tony, Sorry, but your point regarding Japanese specification i3 with CHAdeMO for the Blink HQ charger is factually incorrect. I can say this because I actually own and have been using the Blink charger cited by the user for a month now and it has been awesome. My i3 charges in 3.5 hours...
