You have the option to have the dealer put it on. Mine came to the dealer uninstalled.

The parking brake releases automatically as long as the driver's seat belt is fastened and the door is closed. All you do is select drive or reverse and hit the pedal. The car assumes that you want the parking brake to be released.

I purchased a Bosch EL-51253 30 amp unit from Amazon for $567.05 (free shipping). I then had an electrician do the install with 85 feet of #8 wire and 40 amp breaker for $392 for a total of $959. The quote from Bosch was over $2,600.

Not sure, but I heard you can get AM radio stations on the FM band. Can anyone confirm this? The i3 is an ultimate driving machine. The C-Max is not. There will be many DC fast charging stations in the near future. So the i3 will be able to leave the city soon without gasoline.

I am in northern California and my production number in 0607184. I placed my order on February 7th (BEV Terra model) and was told it would enter production late March or early April with delivery to dealership in early May. Any predictions out there?
