Parts For Sale 2019 i3 19' rims with tires.

All rims in excellent condition, one of the front ones just a couple of months old, one of the rear ones is missing the center cover. The front tires are EP600 and are 80% The rear tires are EP500 and are 10%, one has a repair. All have TPMS, they have 30k miles (except for the new one) and have...

i3s with 195/55r20 in all positions

Did you have to put spacers for the 215s?

i3s with 195/55r20 in all positions

Got it. No, these are too sticky for the track, the S001s should be better

i3s with 195/55r20 in all positions

Mine drive as good as the stock or better. Is it glued to the ground, no sideflex. Softer ride (likely due to the tire being bigger). More to come once I put a few hundred miles on a highway.

i3s with 195/55r20 in all positions

Thanks for the suggestion! I did try it for a few hours before getting into this setup. I noticed the car was slightly heavier, and I compensated by increasing the tire pleasure higher, which almost eliminated the problem. That said, I was looking for a lower cost alternative, so using the same...

i3s with 195/55r20 in all positions

Anytime! One more thing, the speed difference is less than 1mph at 75mph, ABS seems to work fine and traction control seems to work fine (had some fun in a Florida dirt road testing them, nothing crazy, just enough to get the systems active and check for faults)

i3s with 195/55r20 in all positions

I have been taking knowledge from this group, so it is about time that I give a little back. I finished installing the 195/55R20 tires in my i3s with jet black 20 inch rims (20x6 and 20x5.5). The tires look good, no altered look whatsoever. They fit with no problems, no spacers needed (stock...

How about going to a totally different rim size?

Thanks for the picture! I was reffering to the rear primarily, specially considering that forged rims a thicker than stamped steel rims. So if I want to keep the same size all around, gotta go with 18...

How about going to a totally different rim size?

I checked the brakes, it would be difficult to clear anything smaller than an 18 inch rim

Can I put 20x5.5 rims with 195-55R20 in all 4 corners on my 2019 i3 (rims are the front 20x5.5 from i3s models)?

I got 2 set of 20inch i3s rims (jet black 20x6 and 20x5.5) and 2 i3, a 19 i3 and an 18 i3s. To make it easier for the future, can I put the 4 rear wheels in one car (the i3s) and all the 4 front wheels in the other? I will be using 195-55R20 in all. I just want to be able to have more options on...

    Is REx worth it?

For us, the Rex makes the i3 the best electric vehicle ever. Before, with my tesla or my leaf, in an emergency if I had to go and visit my son, you were always tied to the battery. With the Rex I simply don't care. The i3 stopped being a "special use car" and it became "a car"

How about going to a totally different rim size?

I am tired of fighting the tire size problem, so what about just going to a 16 inch rim? A 16 inch aluminum rim (16x6.5 - 5x112) is $150, and then you have a ton of different tires to pick. I know, the looks won't be the same, but will it drive good enough? Anything I am missing?

Anyone found another tire that fits??

Can you fit the in your i3s in the original rims?
