Does anyone else have this issue? the car has been to the dealers 2xfor a for seal replacements(2?) I am not sure that the seals were actually replaced, or if only adjustments were made. Has anyone run into an issue like this? I am getting leaks in the gaps between the front and rear doors...

Ah, i see. I assumed that Kyocera was the sole source supplier for these screens in the 2019+ cars. so things are a bit more complicated. I am asking, because I have a chance to get parts from a damaged car, and want to be sure that I have everything that I need, before disposing of the car.

Could you point me to a resource - or an example of someone who has made the upgrade from a smaller screen to a Kyocera+headunit set up? This car is 2 months old to me - so I am not up to date on what ID4/ID6 mean. Can i find them out using the vin? An info screen in the iDrive menus? or is...

Thanks for the info. So what you are saying is that so long as the screen is from the Japanese manufacturer, installing the larger screen unto a 2019+ i3 requires the same steps as it did on the older cars? (I want to make sure that I understand what is being said.)

Thanks! well one of the cars i test drove was a 2016 and has been on sale for about 6 months. Would that long at 30 miles cause battery degradation? Or should i not be too concerned about it.
