If the dealership does not mention the packages and the photos are poor one of the things I did during my search was to use a BMW VIN checking website. For example if you put the VIN from this autotrader car into a BMW VIN checker you can see this car has "S609 Navigation System Professional"...
I looked this up once and the beep appeared to be generated by the car alarm system and does not use a simple 12V signal but was connected to the CAN bus.

Interesting that re-calibrating the sensor worked. BMW of North America has issued a 10 year limited warranty on this sensor so it appears they know there is some sort of design/manufacturing flaw.
Intetesting I suppose an EV would make a good film camera car as they are fairly quiet, here is another company that has a i3 film car.

The level 2 EVSE really just tells the i3 how many amps it is allowed to pull from this station. That's it, all the decisions on how much power to push into the battery is made internally by the charging controllers on the i3 (EME). I suppose with one of the smart EVSE stations you could change...
I don't think the i3 will store all the TPMS sensors, however there is an initialization procedure that can be started from the iDrive menu.
3.3.6. Initializing the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS)
The TPMS is initialized via the iDrive menu.
The tire pressures must be initialized if:

I was looking over some of the documentation online and it appears that the door lock beep is actually accomplished by using the i3 alarm horn (fanfare). It is installed just behind the front wheel on the driver side (LHD).
However it appears that this horn has an integrated battery and tilt...

When things drop offline unexpectedly one thing to check the their domain registration. This domain is "in quarantine" which means the administrator probably let the registration lapse. They have a few days to pay up before the domain becomes publicly available again.

The battery is heated using electrical resistance heating elements and cooled using a refrigerant loop from the A/C system. This water loop is only for cabin heating . It connects the cabin restive heater and the optional heat-pump to the cabin heater core.
Odds are that the two blue connectors in the third picture contain power and a CAN bus connection. This looks like a splice to add the RTM module into the cars communication bus and is probably why you were told to reconnect them together once removed.
This makes me curious what it looks like...
33,000 miles on my 2014 REX, it had around 16k when I bought it as a CPO last year. The only repair was an new climate control panel under warranty, the A/C LED was failing.
