I am sorry I didnt take pictures when regreasing the pin. But it is the solution. Greetings Chris

It is fixable. Take it apart and grease a white pin with a spring underneath.

Had the same problem. Turns out, the click is mechanical. Not magnetic or what. If you open up the gear selector switch, you can see how it works. Take off the knob. Pull out the axle from the knob. Then you see a white pin underneath. Pull out this greasy white pin, it has a spring behind it...
