I received an Electronaut license plate frame in the mail from BMW, shipped from NJ. I don't know if my local dealer or corporate BMW sent this to me. Maybe they had some leftover and wanted to get rid of them. Did anyone else get one?

I made an iPhone 6 adapter for the cup holder on my 3D printer. The phone can be inserted or removed with the lightning cable attached. The front 2 holes are for directional sound.

I have a full size road bike that fits in the i3 if I fold the seats down and take the front wheel off of the bike. With this folding bike, I can have the bike with me at all times and still have room for 2 passengers in the back.

Chargepoint and plugshare are great resources - you can filter by free stations. In my area, Libraries and City Hall are the places to start looking. I checked the bay area, and Redwood City Library has free chargers - they even have a DC Fast Charger.

There are four locations within five miles of my house with free Level 2 chargers - one of these locations has 12 chargers. I get free parking at three downtown garages - they all have free Level 2 chargers. I can get the clean air decal for use in the carpool lane, but don't have a need for it.

I forgot to mention that my i3 REx, and the $99 BEV deal are both 2014 models with a 24 month lease and 10k miles per year. The $3500 down does not include the $750 delivery fee, first month's payment, or taxes, close to $4,600 when you add it all up. I will be driving in the Sacramento area...

I just received my California DMV registration for my i3 REx and the Motive Power (MP) is designated as Q for Hybrid when I was expecting E for electric. Has anyone received a CA DMV registration for the i3 REx where MP is something other than Q? This is not related to decals for carpool lanes.
