    I3s first drive

This has taken 3 years for BMW to come up with a great i3s driver’s car. I had the car for only 30 minutes but what a fantastic better car than the old i3. I’ve had over the years plenty to say on the poor driving ability of the i3 and this was the reason I purchased my BMW 225xe. I have booked...

    i3 is over

With the amount of long range battery Ev's being launched with great designs like the new Jaguar I Pace with a range of 480k who would pay the large dollars BMW requires for a very out of date BMW i3

    What I enjoy the most

Being able to accelerate fast and the wife doesn't realise as their's hardly no engine noise. :D I had a BMW loaner car for a couple of days last week and couldn't wait to take it back due to EV's have instant acceleration.

    depreciation of the i3

I'm strongly coming to the conclusion the 2018 i3 & S will devalue a lot faster due to its been around since 2012 and I'm seeing some really low second hand pricing. BM\W should have sold the sports vision from the start but it was a learning curve for BMW and now their is only 2-3 years...

:D I had a start to my i3 2 day test drive today and have to admit my comments 18 months ago saying it wasn't for me were wrong as my thoughts are now totally opposite. I totally enjoyed my test drive tonight and still have tomorrow to go. The car is parked up in our garage slowly charging for...

    Price drop for Kiwi's

Great news the new better battery i3 has dropped in price to 49k,us without the rex engine as it's not required with the extra battery distance. The only i3 we could buy was with the rex engine at 56k,us. Pricing includes all sales tax and on road cost. New Zealand does not have subsidies on...

    New i3 maybe

I'm so not sure as I've had an i3 out for an over night test drive but I'm so used to my BMW cars with M Sport and found the i3 steering and suspension a little sloppy and the seat pulls my back at the bottom of the neck. I'm not sure I gave the i3 enough test time so I may ask for another test...
