I followed a recommendation and assigned this to my Function Key #8. So quick and easy to simply turn on the REX by hitting this one button (when below 75%).

i3 user group on Facebook is so darn quick. The reason it's not available is because it is fully charged. The battery has to be <75% to engage the "Hold Charge"

I took it in to the dealership yesterday. As pointed out in a reply from Toalmar they adjusted the latch. There was no service bulletin for this issue. The car is still under warranty, so I wasn't about to fix it myself. Also, the rubber bumpers are NOT the way to fix this rattle (if your's...

Here's a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzbAyfLzg28 of a rattle from the back tailgate latch. Narrowed it down to just the latch, but going to have to take it in. I don't see an adjustment. It just popped up in the past couple weeks at about 7k miles. Anyone else have this issue?
