I definitely agree Art. IMO, BMW is really handling this poorly. Given they have known that 3G service was going away for a while now, they should have communicated to each owner regarding what options are available to keep their Connected Drive functionality after 3G gets dropped next year...

On the positive side, maybe BMW does monitor the BMW i3 Worldwide Facebook group...
