    Refit of Rex/more batteries

Hi possen, It has been one of those hard to understand design decisions as to why bmw chose to leave the rex space empty instead of packing in another 5Kwh (just a random number). It would make a huge difference in the usability of the BEV... by the way.. my BEV is awesome and I am glad I opted...

    Blue / Grey power bar

HI all Does anyone know why the blue area on the power bar sometimes goes grey? Mine seems to do it a lot in ecopro mode. The manual says something along the lines of 'conditions are not optimum for maximum efficiency'. It would be great to understand exactly what it means. Thanks in advance

    display charging rate

I would like to see a display in the car of the amount of charge taken on (in kwh) for the last charge session. And an actual kw drain during travelling, and a power used (in kwh) for last journey...... oh and kwh regenerated in last journey.

    19" or 20" wheels?

lol... but in all honesty, what is one inch? not a lot! In fact its only 0.5 inch on each opposite side really... In terms of looks the 20 inch is awesome... the ride not really that much different..

    19" or 20" wheels?

I have 20 inch, but in hind-sight I should have gone for the 19 as the ride is much better on old english roads (like rock-climbing).....

I3 seats causing back pain ?

It took me a while to find the best position, especially as the head rest is not adjustable, but now having found the sweet spot... no problems. I'd try to experiment a bit first.

About to pull the trigger...questions for owners before leas

    1) IN the summer, and cruising at 60mph, I can reliably get 90 miles range. This is day driving, lights off, air con off and ecopro on. 2) I have a BEV. 3) I find the seats comfortable for long journeys. My only issue is the non-adjustable headrest, so I tend to have the seat reclined more...

BMW I3 -Most Dangerious Steering Of Any Car I've Owned!

I think I will try out the steering feature on the way home tonight. It came as standard on my i3 and so far hasn't particularly drawn itself to my attention. I turn left the car goes left..etc... it even beeps if I let it go (in traffic jam assist)... awesome.

Is it really a ‘city car’?

Hi Hi MikeS.. I agree with your conclusion re: the battery temp... I have similar experiences.. I can cruise for 90 miles at 60mph on a single run, but pop to town (7 miles) do some shopping, drive home, pop to supermarket (5 miles), drive home the charge is almost half used, suggesting a...
