I think the BMW i3 is going to be priced around 35,000 - 40,000 Euros. So american I guess around $45,000 - $50,000. Here is where I read this pricing info on the BMW i3.

In everyone on the BMW i3 forums opinion which are going to be the better built cars of the future. International EV's or Domestic EV's. Will there be an electric vehicle in the US that competes well with the BMW i3?

I absolutely love this door design on the BMW i3 and wish more cars of the future would integrate this "old school" car concept.
What do other people on the BMW i3 forum think of these doors? Good idea or bad idea by BMW? What would really be cool if they had an automatic push button opener.
It is pretty awesome that the BMW i3 will use:
"wood used in the dashboard for the BMW i3 will be made entirely of timber grown in Europe and certified as 100% sustainable by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)"
I checked out the FSC website and the organization looks pretty sweet...
