    High Voltage reconnect

    I’ll weigh in on this as well. The green disconnect is a pita. Assuming you have bent the green latch in the side out of the way. My latch was still being blocked. You bend to have the red tab pulled up AND bend it back toward the bulk of the switch to allow the black part to slide down.

    good point, I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. We typically are pretty dry in the winter, (it's technically a desert here), though when it snows, we can have a day or two of hard pack or thick powder on the road. We rarely have ice for long as it tends to sublime off or is melted by road...
