Yes the relay is the one on the right (the left one is the ventilation fan in the engine compartment) you can try swapping them over, pain in the a$$ getting to the relays

I have a similar fault, I can get it to go into emissions mode and will sit there happily, I can also use the pedal to increase/decrease the revs, but if I drive off it with fail 9 times out of 10, I’ve replaced the fuel pump relay just incase with a solid state one with led so I can see it...
