    Outside temp sensor displaying -40 degrees

    Hi everyone! The outside temp sensor started displaying -40 degrees. I replaced the sensor but the problem remained. There is 11.7 V on the wire. If i jump the two leads the display says +50 degrees. I have inspected the wiring and the connectors on each lead and all looks ok. Any ideas?
