I'm not sure that's true. The BST has blown. Battery safety terminal. You can order a new one from BMW. It cuts power to the HV contactors and other functions. BST has a pyro that disconnects power to Terminal 30. It is part of the + battery terminal, 12v battery.

UPDATE 10-13-22. Updated software via ista+ from a 2020 version to a 2022 version. This eliminated the S0729 permanent code. I still have the 8013CF code. All signs point to a compressor that won't start up. Using Ista+ I wasn't able to start the compressor in any module. Also replaced...
