Anyone in the NH or Boston area who can help me with coding my 2017 i3 REx. All i want is to be able to activate REx at will below 75% SOC. But there might be other options worth doing. I've read lots but there might be someone local who knows what they're doing.

Wow, didn't realize till now that the CEL is quite common (pardon me, new to the forum and just had my i3 for 2 months). I only had that CEL come on once after using REx the very first time for about 5 miles. Never did it come back on again. But that may be coz I haven't had REx turn on again...

Newer than the Turbocord? Gonna have to look into that. I agree, it may carry the BMW premium. I didn't consider the Turbocord since its exactly the sane specs as the EVSE that came with my wife's Volt, 3.3-3.6Kw at 240vac.
