"Low end voltage" question

Serviced the car and was told the "low end voltage battery" needed to be replaced.

Got about mid 70 electric range when car was new, but recently down to 60.

Thought it was due to battery degradation and cold weather.

Has anyone else had this problem?
Is there a difference between "low end voltage battery" and i guess a "high end voltage battery?" Or are they just switching out the cells.

Recently checked my battery capacity and it was at 17.4.

Maybe they are not talking about the traction battery, they are talking about the 12V accessory battery.

There is no "low end" about the main battery, it is all "high end"

I'd guess they're replacing the 12V battery.
