A few of the fancier EVSEs show the rate; most units do not. As said, without either it being built in, or using an external unit to monitor the rate, it's not possible from the i3 at this time. You could use a clamp-on ammeter, but you'd have to open the case, or the junction box to isolate one of the power leads. If you wanted to get fancy, you could wire in an in-line ammeter.
