Thanks for the heads up. I hope eventually they will fix the issue, but for now I would stick with CCS chargers.

Has anyone tried a 12V power-on reset? ... Disconnect the 12V ground for 15-30 seconds and reattach?

With the Prius there were occasional faults that could only be cleared by going to the $$dealer$$ when a simple, 12V power-on reset cleared the error. For example, running the Prius Prime out of gas and electricity sets a latch that I could only clear by disconnecting the 12V ground and reattaching.
