I emailed AeroVironment and asked if they would upgrade their DCFC charger along i5 (aka West Coast Electric Highway) to support CCS and blow is their reply.
I guess it would be awhile before pacific NW has fast chargers for i3

Oregon and Washington have limited funds for infrastructure and have no current plans for adding CCS chargers. Your best bet is to suggest to BMW that they fund the infrastructure upgrades. This would be consistent with the large investments that Tesla and Nissan have made in funding the other types of DC fast charging.
