Insufficient range of colours - Apart from the Orange, BMW i could do with some more sporty ones such as :
Medium Blue - like Fiat's Sporting Blue
Red - like Alfas
Green - like VW Sirocco

Check out these:

orange/black:
Fiat 127 Sport (arancio racing scheme): http://www.sportingfiatsclub.com/models/127/images/127abarth2-a.jpg

blue/black:

red/black:
Fiat 124 Spider: http://www.classicandperformancecar.com/front_website/octane_interact/modelpicture.php?id=5185

Audi A2 black roof and bold colours:

Black bonnets (hoods for US readers) were very common in the 1960s on Rally cars to reduce glare:

Come on BMW i - lets have some more colour choice!

Protonic Blue, metallic with Frozen Grey accent would look great with Standard Interior on i3 !

I completely agree. Most of the grey colors look similar on the phone app and they all have the same blue accent.
On top of that, now they're going to have the test drives in our area and can't even say that they'll have all the colors to see in person!!! Come on guys. That's really weak.

The simplest solution is to make it whatever color you like by applying a wrap.. search on google you can have anything yiu like.. neil

Its perhaps a little unreasonable to expect BMW to provide roadshow examples of all 6 colours.
Thats quite a logistical commitment for a car likely to sell in small(ish) numbers in the uk.

Obviously it would be nice to see them all!
