N while driving

I see people post that i3 can be shifted to nuetral while driving, is this true? I can not do this on my 2019 I3s, tried coasting and will not shift to N.

I know I've successfully shifted to N while driving, but I can't recall whether this was in our 2014, 2019, or both. I'll try to remember to do this in our 2019 i3 the next time I drive which might not be for several days.

I see no reason to shift to N while driving because it's not difficult to position the power pedal to coast while in D. The car did coast in N but regen occurred when pressing the brake pedal which sort of surprised me.

Try holding the shifter in N for a beat or two extra. My '21 does it.
