So what is the payment per month that you have now , if I may ask . I had close to your numbers but put Zero down nothing out of my pocket for my deal last year and my payment $362.97 for 30 months and dealer paid first month payment when I did my deal.

I have looked at Swaplease and people are asking for there SD money back or there deposits back to get in the car to get those payments. You tell me what incentive you looking for. Open to ideas.
