BMW Labs Widget and the IFTTT website

I had been using this since the first week of our i3 ownership (up to week three now!) to open our garage door as we approached home. It has been working perfectly, however in the last few days the BMW Labs Widget doesn't seem to send location triggers. Other triggers seem to still work (ie...

    Two new 2017 i3s (BEV)

Finally, after a very long (6 month) wait, we have our new vehicles. :D Unfortunately Australia uses the Type 1 plug (for now) so our cars are limited to 7.4kW single phase AC charging, rather than the 11kW three phase AC charging with the Type 2 socket. Not that it really matters as we're...

AC Charger Inlet Types - swappable?

My wife and I have ordered two 94Ah (non-REx) i3 vehicles here in Australia. They'll be here later in the year. Really looking forward to them. I note that in Australia, despite us having a 3-phase 240V grid power supply, BMW are using the Type 1 (SAE) connector - the same as used in the...

    Australia: ordered two MY2017 i3 (94Ah)

Was initially told they'd be a July production (we ordered in June)... Only to now be told production for Australian vehicles won't start until September. I would have thought production should be the order that orders come in but they must reconfigure the whole factory for RHD production...
