Tracked down a 2014 White REX in Modesto and closed the deal today.

The figures were:

MSRP = $47,200
Selling = $38,700
Residual = $27,376
MF = .00125
Term for 30 months
$0 down (sign and drive)
Monthly Payment using our tax rate of 8.5% comes out to $375.90/mo.

I'm happy with this deal and thanks for the great info from this forum, which made this whole process easier!

Gotta start looking into a Level 2 Charger now!

Congrats! That looks like a great deal. What trim and options?

Thanks! It's a Mega World with Heated Front Seats & DC fast Charging. I was able to quickly submit my CA $2,500 rebate application, so already reserved now too!

We ended up with a 2014 REx over the weekend:

Giga
DC fast charging
HK stereo
Parking and tech packages

$3500 down
$228/month
24 months / 10k annual miles

Surely there are better numbers, but this worked for us.

Looks good other than you broke the first rule of leasing which is never put money down. You can reduce your monthly by using MSDs and you'll get all that money back at the end. God forbid but if you totaled that i3 today you'd be out the $3500.
