BMW i Remote app on iPad

I have an iPad mini and a fairly basic 3 year old Android phone that I was planning to replace with an iPhone for a number of reasons but was delaying until just before taking delivery of the i3. It now looks as if the iPhone 6 might be announced very shortly afterwards, so it would be good to have the choice bwtween the latest version and a (presumably) lower priced 5s or 5c.

Assuming the i3 arrives before the iPhone 6, will the app run on the iPad as a stop gap?

yup, it will probably run in windowed mode - i.e. not fill the full iPad screen. But will still be fully functional.

All Apple apps run on both iPhone and iPad. Some apps have iPhone-sized graphics only and therefore display on the iPad in the middle of the screen at the same size as an iPhone.
