cant open passenger door

Hi all... wondering if anyone else had this. Today the passenger door won't open. It is unlocked and you can unlock and lock using the handle touch but pulling the door handle will not open the door from the inside or out... waaaa

On a BMW, if the door is locked, from the inside, you have to pull the release twice to open a locked door. Have you tried that? If that doesn't work, it sounds like the rod is loose and can't engage the latch.

Hi jim... thank you for your reply. .. yes have tried the double unlocking toooo. .It feels like it could bea rod as there is no resistance in the handles. Looks like it needs to be seen to at the same time as my'quality enhancements'.. neil
