Cleaning driver's side bezel screen?

I've used WeatherTech's glass cleaner on the driver's side bezel screen, but it left a purplish bubbly spots on the screen. I'm wondering what other i3 owners use to clean the screen or what Bmw recommends. Any comments appreciated.

Try to stay away from any type of cleaner. instead try a cloth like this:

Many similar types out there will work. Great on the switches and iDrive dial and buttons. You can wipe down the screens and switch gear in a minute or two, easy.
