Enabling DCFast

Hi Guys,

1. Got ChargePoint cards
2. Activated these using ChargePoint account
3. Entered request to enable FastDC charge, still shows as pending.
a) Able to use cards at ChargePoint DC Fast (DC Combo) charger
b) Card says not authorized for EvGo charger and ChargePoint will not authorize over phone, since approval pending.
c) Lost of finger pointing, between ChargePoint, BMW, EvGo

Question : How long does it take to approve ?

Your experiences, would help me take action.

It took 3 business days for me. It shouldn't be too long. Just log in to chargepoint website and check daily and you'll see the status.
