iRemote Sending to Vehicle Failed

I have had my i3 Rex 2017 for a week and had some recurrent issues with iremote app (no new ConnectedDrive app in Canada).

In my iRemote, I am able to get updated info such as current charging status. However, when I am trying to send a command to the car, it usually got stuck on "Sending to vehicle". The BMW online app, such as weather, will get stuck on loading as well. This does not happen all the time, but tend to happen during the evening hours.

Is this a known problem? Is there any solution?

Is the car parked where you get good cellphone coverage? If you can't make a decent phone call, the car can't reliably receive a signal either.

It's in my ground level garage and it's not a problem for my cell phone there. It seems to me that the car can send signal fine because status update is always normal but it can't reliably receive signals.
