Update. After using the above coding (from websterize) and going back in and changing:

3064 > Mapping_Nebelschlussl_R_output Set to custom value: 0x1B

to "OFF", now my rear fog works perfect. Only the #7 bulb on the left side light up, and the fog indicator on the dash.
